We all need to do is just mix half a cup of flour in a bowl, break 2 eggs and add to it, next add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar to taste, next add 1tsp of black pepper powder, half cup of onion finely chopped,(you can skip onions if you want) and make a smooth batter out of these ingredients. Now heat a pan in a medium flame, brush some butter in the pan and pour the mix into the shape of pancakes in it. Cook it for 5 minutes or till the pancakes turn brown. The pancake is ready. Now you can sprinkle some honey on the top. A healthy and delicious breakfast is ready.

PANCAKES
Ingredients
- half ccup flour
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add all the ingredients to it.
- Mix the ingredients very nicely and make a smooth batter of it
- Now heat butter in a pan and small portions of the batter to the pan in a round shape and cook both sides very nicely on low flame.
- When both sides are cooked put honey, maple syrup, or chocolate syrup from the top and serve them hot.
Notes
- You can add mashed banana to this recipe.

POHA
Poha is a love for all. In poha you can add any kind of veggies you love. It is a very healthy breakfast as it contains many vegetables, dry fruits, etc. For preparing poha you will need to do is take half a cup of flattened rice and wash them with water and keep them aside. Now take carrots, onions, capsicum, chilies, or any other vegetables you want to add and chop the vegetables finely. Put some butter in a pan. Put half tablespoon of cumin in it and then add 1 tsp of ginger slices, 1tsp of garlic slices, and all the vegetables you want to add next saute them for 6 to 7 minutes on low flame and then add the flattened rice on it and then again cook them for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add some salt to taste, 1tsp of black pepper powder, and some dry fruits such as cashew, raisins, almond, etc.( you can roast the dry fruits in some butter or ghee before adding to the poha ). And the poha is ready to serve.

POHA
Ingredients
- 1 cup poha
- half cup onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon green chili chopped
- half cup boiled potatoes cubed
- 4 curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon peanuts
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- some coriander leaves chopped
Instructions
- First rinse the poha with water and drain them very nicely.
- Now heat a pan and add oil to it
- Now add the mustard seeds, peanuts, asafoetida, cumin seeds, and curry leaves
- Let them splutter for 30 seconds
- Now add the onions and let them stir for about 2 minutes on low flame till the color turns to golden brown
- Now add the tomatoes and stir them till the tomatoes get softened.
- Now add turmeric powder and salt.
- Mix them very nicely
- Now add the poha, lemon juice, green chili, and boiled potatoes.
- Stir them very nicely.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves from the top.

SANDWICH
Sandwich is a wonderful breakfast that all can have. There is a always love for sandwiches. You can have a veg sandwich, chicken sandwich or an egg sandwich. All you need is some bread put monies on them and put sliced cucumber, carrots, onions, beets, etc on it. Sprinkle some black salt and black pepper on top. And a veg sandwich is ready to go to your stomach. For a chicken sandwich, you will need some chicken (1 cup) to toss with 2 tablespoons of butter, add some finely chopped onions, some finely chopped tomatoes, salt to taste, half a spoon of black pepper powder in it, and cook the chicken for 10 minutes in a medium to low flame and the chicken mix is ready. Put some monies on the sliced bread then put the chicken mix and some slices of cucumber and some onion slices on the bread and a yummy chicken sandwich is ready.

VEGETABLE SANDWICH
Ingredients
- 2 pieces bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon carrot grated
- 2 tablespoon capsicum chopped finely
- 2 tablespoon onions chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
- 2 teaspoon cabbage grated
- 1 tablespoon tomatoes chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add the carrots, cabbage, capsicum, onions, and tomatoes
- Now put the mayonnaise, sal,t and black pepper powder.
- Mix all the ingredients very nicely
- Now take a piece of bread and add the mixture to the layer and then put the other slice of bread on top of the mixture.
