  • 1.5 cup of coconut grated
  • half cup of jaggery
  • 1 cup of rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of saffron
  • 2 tablespoons of ghee
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

All we need to do at first is heat a pan in medium flame and add the grated coconuts and the jaggery. Mix them together. Stir them firmly for about 10 minutes. Next, add the nutmeg and the saffron. Mix them nicely and let the whole cook for 5 minutes. Our filling is ready. Next in another pot put 1 tablespoon of ghee and 1 cup of water. Boil them nicely. Now add the flour and the salt.   • 1 cup of rice flour
  • 1 cup of coconut grated
  • half cup of jaggery
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of ghee
  • 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder
  • few cashews chopped
  • oil for frying

All we need to do at first is add the flour to a bowl1salt and add the ghee to it. Next, rub the flour for about 5 minutes. Next, add half a cup of water to it and knead them into a dough. cover the dough with a cloth and keep them aside for about 20 minutes. Next heat a pan in flame and add the jaggery, coconut, sugar, and cardamom powder. Mix them well and cook them for about 10 minutes on low flame, Then add the cashews.   • half cup of coconut grated
