The following ingredients are needed to make this yummy delicious Chinese recipe.
- 200 grams of boneless chicken cubes
- 2 tablespoons of red chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons of green chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Oil
- 1 onion chopped in a cube
- 1 capsicum chopped in cubes
- 1 tablespoon of garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon of ginger chopped
- 2 tablespoons of green chilli chopped
- 2 tablespoons of spring onion chopped
All we need to do at first is take a bowl and add the chicken to it. Then add one spoon of soya sauce, 1 tablespoon of red chilli sauce, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt, flour, and corn starch. Mix them properly. Next, break the egg and add it to the mixture. Coat the chicken very nicely and keep it aside for marination. Now take a small bowl and put all the sauces in it, and put the vinegar and sugar. Mix them properly and keep them aside. Next heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken till they turn crispy and golden brown and keep them aside. Next heat oil in another pan and add the ginger, garlic and stir them. Next add the onion, capsicum, spring onion and chilli. Stir them nicely for about 2 minutes. - 200 gram of boneless chicken cubes
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder
- 4 tablespoons of corn starch
- 1 tablespoon of rice flour
- 1 tablespoon of ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
- Salt as needed
- Oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon of ginger chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons of red chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons of green chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Half cup of capsicum
- 2 tablespoons of spring onion
All we need to do at first is take a bowl and add the chicken to it. Next add 1 tablespoon of soya sauce, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, egg and black pepper powder. Mix the mixture very nicely and keep the bowl for marination for about 2 hours. After 2 hours heat oil in a pan and then dip fry the chicken cubes one by one let them turn golden brown in medium flame. Next, make a smooth paste of corn flour with water. And keep aside. The following ingredients are needed to make this yummy delicious Chinese recipe.
- 1 packet of Hakka noddles boiled
- Oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons of spring onion chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon of green chilli chopped
- Half cup of carrots chopped
- Half cup of capsicum chopped
- Half cup of French beans chopped
- Half cup of cabbage chopped
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of green chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon of red chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
All we need to do at first is heat the oil in a pan and put the garlic in it. Next add the onion, spring onion and chilli. Stir the onions till the colour turns golden brown. Next add the cabbage, carrots, beans and capsicum. Sauté them properly for 10 minutes so that the vegetables get cooked. Now add the noodles and some salt. Mix them. CHILI BABY CORN
The following ingredients are needed to make this yummy delicious Chinese recipe.
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 5 tablespoons of corn starch
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 25 small-sized baby corns
- Oil
- Half cup of spring onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons of garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons of ginger chopped
- 2 tablespoons of green chilli chopped
- Half cup of capsicum chopped
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons of green chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons of red chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
All we need to do at first is add corn starch to a bowl, and also add the flour, water, pinch of salt and pepper powder. Make a thick paste of the ingredients. Now dip each of the baby corns in this paste and coat them very nicely. Now heat oil in a pan and then fry this baby corn s on all the sides nicely till they become crispy and golden brown in colour. Now keep them aside. Next heat 2 tablespoons of oil in another pan and then add the ginger, garlic, spring onion and chilli. Stir them firmly for 2 minutes. Next, add the capsicum and stir them again for 5 minutes. Now add all the sauces mentioned one by one and stir firmly. Next add the black pepper powder, sugar and salt. Mix them again. - 2 cups of cabbage chopped
- 1 cup of carrots grated
- Half cup of capsicum chopped
- 1 cup of spring onion chopped
- 1 cup of cooked noodles
- Oil
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce

- 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder

- 8 spring roll wrapper

- 1 tablespoon of ginger chopped
- 1 tablespoon of celery chopped
- Half cup of onion chopped
- Half cup of capsicum chopped
- Half cup of yellow bell pepper chopped
- Half cup of carrots chopped
- Half cup of mushroom chopped
- Half cup of cabbage chopped
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 2 tablespoons of spring onion
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder
All we need to do at first is heat oil in a pan and put the boiled noodles in small amounts. Fry them nicely till they become golden brown and crispy. Keep these fried noodles aside. Next, we need to heat another pan and put 1 tablespoon of oil in it. Next add the ginger, garlic, and celery and stir them for 1 minute on low flame. - 2 dried red chilli
- 1 tablespoon of schezuan pepper seeds
- 1 tablespoon of garlic chopped

- 2 tablespoons of spring onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder
- Salt as per taste
