You can serve pickles with rice, roti, and different types of stuffed parathas. Sometimes roti and pickles are the best combinations of a meal that you can have for your lunch and dinner. Pickles are also loved by Pregnant Women. They sometimes get crazy about eating pickles.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 raw mango cut in cubes
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds powder
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds powder
  • 1 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1 tablespoon jaggery powder
  • 4 tablespoons oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the mangoes into small slices and wash them nicely.
  • Keep the mangoes in a bowl.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and asafoetida.
  • Next, add all the spices one by one and mix them nicely.
  • Saute them nicely.
  • Now turn off the flame.
  • Pour the hot spice mix into the bowl of raw mango.
  • Mix them nicely.
  • Now pour the mango mix into a glass jar.
  • Our yummy mango pickle is ready to be served.
