You can serve pickles with rice, roti, and different types of stuffed parathas. Sometimes roti and pickles are the best combinations of a meal that you can have for your lunch and dinner. Pickles are also loved by Pregnant Women. They sometimes get crazy about eating pickles.

RAW MANGO PICKLE
They are mixed with spices and a yummy recipe is made out of them, popularly known as pickles. They are tangy and spicy in flavor. So let us check out the recipe in detail and prepare them.

RAW MANGO PICKLE
Ingredients
- 2 raw mango cut in cubes
- 6 curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds powder
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds powder
- 1 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1 tablespoon jaggery powder
- 4 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Cut the mangoes into small slices and wash them nicely.
- Keep the mangoes in a bowl.
- Now heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and asafoetida.
- Next, add all the spices one by one and mix them nicely.
- Saute them nicely.
- Now turn off the flame.
- Pour the hot spice mix into the bowl of raw mango.
- Mix them nicely.
- Now pour the mango mix into a glass jar.
- Our yummy mango pickle is ready to be served.

- 1 cup long green chili
- half cup mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon salt

- Now add all the other spices to the bowl.

- 12 amla
- 2 tablespoons mustard seeds slightly coarsed
- 2 tablespoons fennel seeds
- 2 tablespoons fenugreek seeds
- 2 tablespoons salt

- half cup mustard oil

- Cut the amla into cubes.
- Boil them in water for 5 minutes on low flame.
