- oil as per need
- 2 green chili chopped
- 2 cups of capsicum chopped
- 2 cups of carrot chopped
- 2 cups of sweet corn boiled
- 2 cups of green beans chopped
- salt as per taste
- 2 cups of rice boiled
- 2 tablespoons of spring onion chopped
- 2 cups of potatoes boiled
- half cup of poha soaked
- 1 tablespoon of rice flour
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 4 tablespoon of black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon of mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon of cumin powder
- Â half cup of butter
- 1 tablespoon of ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
- half cup of jaggery jaggery
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon of ginger chopped
- half cup of baby corn sliced
- 4 broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 5 cabbage leaves
RICE
All we need to do at first is heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Now add 1 tablespoon of butter to it. Now add 1 tablespoon of chopped green chili, half cup of capsicum, half cup of carrots, half cup of boiled sweet corns, half cup of green beans, and 2 tablespoons of spring onion. Mix them properly. Now add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder to it. Stir them firmly. Cook the vegetables for 2 minutes. Now add the boiled rice to it. Mix them thoroughly. Cook them for 2 minutes. And our rice is ready to be served on the sizzler plate.
ALOO TIKKI
All we need to do is take a bowl and add the boiled potatoes to it. mash them properly. Next add the half cup of soaked poha, 1 tablespoon of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of chaat masala, half cup of carrots, half cup of capsicum, Mix all these ingredients very firmly. Bind them to a dough. Now we need to grease some oil in hand. and make small balls out of the dough. Next, take these small balls on the palm and press them a little to give the balls the shape of Aloo Tikki. Next, keep these tikki-shaped balls in a refrigerator for about 1 hour. SAUCE
For making this sauce we need to first take a mixing bowl and add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, 1 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of mustard powder. Mix them very well. Next heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, and 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onions. mix them and fry well. Next, add the half cup of jaggery and add 1 cup of water to it. Let the jaggery gets mixed very well. Next, add the mixture of the sauce. Stir them firmly. Now add 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Stir them till the sauce becomes a little thick. Our sauce is ready to be served on the sizzler plate.
VEGETABLES
For this, we need to again heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger chopped, and 1 tablespoon of garlic chopped. Stir them and add half a cup of capsicum, half a cup of caroot, half a cup of baby corn, beans, broccoli, and half a cup of red bell pepper. Saute them very well. Next add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix them properly and let them cook for5 minutes on low flame. - 1 cup of noodles boiled
- 1 cup of beancurd
- half cup of spring onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons of garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons of ginger chopped
- salt as per need
- oil as per need
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper powder
- 1 cup of onion chopped
- 1 cup of baby corn sliced
- 1 cup of mushroom chopped
- 4 broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon of red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 4 to 5 cabbage leaves
- half cup of red bell pepper chopped
NOODLES
All we need to do at first is heat 2 tablespoons of oil in it. Next, add the chopped spring onions and the chopped garlic. Saute them very nicely. - 3 chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of garlic chopped
- 1 cup of rice
