Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • 2 cups cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon green chili chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chat masala
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • First, boil the potatoes and the corn until they become soft.
  • After that smash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
  • Add the boiled corn to it.
  • Next, add the grated cheese.
  • Then add the coriander leaves, grated ginger, green chili, chat masala, pepper powder, salt, and bread crumbs one by one.
  • Mix them nicely. Let the mixture be a little thick and form a dough.
  • Now make some small balls out of the mixture.
  • Next, we need to take the corn flour and the flour and mix them with water and make a thick paste out of it.
  • Next, take some bread crumbs on a plate.
  • Now take the balls one by one, dip them in the flour paste and then coat the balls with the bread crumbs.
  • Coat all the balls, in the same way, one by one, and then freezes them for 30 minutes in a refrigerator.
  • After 30 minutes deep fry the balls one by one in the oil until golden brown.
  • Put these fried balls on a kitchen towel or tissue paper, so that the extra oil gets soaked.
  • The cheese corn balls are ready to serve hot with tomato ketchup or any other chutney.

Notes

  • You can take frozen sweet corn or else pressure cook them for 4 whistles on medium heat.
  • Fry the balls on low flame so that the corn does not burst out while frying in oil.

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • half cup onions chopped
  • half cup red capsicum chopped
  • half cup yellow capsicum chopped
  • half cup green capsicum chopped
  • half cup mushrooms
  • half cup broccoli

Instructions
 

  • Take a small bowl and add the yeast and warm water.
  • whisk them nicely and keep them aside.
  • Take another bowl and add wheat, honey, oil, salt, and yeast water.
  • Mix them very well and knead the flour into a dough.
  • Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and set them aside for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours again knead the dough and then flatten the dough with a rolling pin into the shape of the pizza base.
  • Next, take a fork a make small holes in the base.
  • Apply the pizza sauce to it.
  • Now add all the toppings you want to add.
  • Now put the grated cheese.
  • Our pizza base is ready to bake.
  • Take a nonstick pan and brush some oil in it.
  • Put the pizza base on it and then cover the lid and let them cook for 30 minutes on low flame.

  • If you add chicken to the pizza then saute them in butter for about 2 minutes on low flame.

  • 2 burger buns
  • 4 slices onions rings
  • 4 slices tomato rounds

  • 1 tablespoon butter

INGREDIENTS FOR THE PATTY

  • 1 cup potato boiled and cubed
  • half cup onions chopped
  • half cup carrots chopped and boiled
  • half cup green peas boiled
  • half cup corn boiled
  • 1 cup coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tablespoon oil for frying.

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and add the potatoes, carrots, peas, corn, onions, salt, ginger paste, lemon juice, garam masala, chaat masala, and red chili powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients properly.
  • Shape this mixture into small patty
  • Now roll this patty in the bread crumbs.
  • Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and add the patty to it.
  • Fry the patty on both sides very nicely till golden brown
  • Keep them aside.
  • Now cut the buns from the middle as burger buns.
  • Spread some butter in a pan and heat it
  • Now just roast the buns in butter for 30 seconds.
  • Now take the lower portion of the bun and spread mayonnaise on it
  • Next put the lettuce leave on it
  • Then put the patty over the leaf.
  • Now put a cheese slice and then put the onions, cucumber and tomato.
  • Sprinkle some pepper powder on top.
  • Again put some tomato ketchup
  • And finnaly put the top bun over the ketchup.
  • Secure the bun with toothpick.

  • You can make the patty by giving vegetables of your choice.
