You can steam them and then fry them or make chili of them.

Ingredients
FOR THE DOUGH
- 2 cups maida
- 1 teaspoon salt
- water as per need
FOR THE STUFFING
- 1 cup chicken minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon green chili chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon onion paste
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
STEP 1
- Add the maida and salt to a bowl.
- Add the required quantity of water and mix them nicely to make a smooth dough.
- Cover the dough with a damp kitchen towel for about 1 hour.
STEP 2
- Add oil to a pan and heat it.
- Now add the onion paste, ginger paste, and garlic paste.
- Stir them nicely for about 2 minutes on low flame.
- Now add the chicken, pepper powder, salt, green chilis, red chili powder, and soya sauce.
- Mix them well and cook them for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Our stuffing for the momos is ready.
STEP 3
- Knead the dough again and then make some small round balls from them
- Spin them with a roller to small rounds.
- Now take 1 spoonful of the filling and put them in the middle of the round.
- Now wet the edges of the dough and seal the edges together around the stuffing in the shape of a dumpling.
- In the same way, put the stuffing and seal them in the shape of dumplings to the other round balls.

- Grease a steamer with oil and put the dumplings in it one by one.
- Now take a pot and add 4 cups of water to it.

- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

STEP 1
- Add the maida and a pinch of salt to a bowl.
- Add the required quantity of water and mix them nicely to make a smooth dough.

STEP 2
- Add 1 teaspoon of oil to a pan and heat it.

- 2 cup maida

- For making the momos chutney, First, boil a tomato and 2 dried red chilies in water. Then blend them into a smooth paste. Next, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add 1 teaspoon of garlic chopped, salt, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, tomato paste, black pepper powder, and soya sauce. Mix them well and our momos chutney is ready.

- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- half cup onions chopped
- 1 cup cabbage chopped
- 1 cup carrots chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
FOR THE MARINATION
- half cup curd
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon gram flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add the maida,1 teaspoon oil, and salt to a bowl.
- Add the required quantity of water and mix them nicely to make a smooth dough.
- Cover the dough with a damp kitchen towel for about 1 hour.
- Now heat the oil in a pan.
- Add the garlic and onion. Saute them for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Now add carrots, cabbage, salt, and black pepper powder.
- Mix them well and cook them till they become soft. and keep them aside.
- Knead the dough again and then make some small round balls from them
- Spin them with a roller to small rounds.
- Now take 1 spoonful of the filling and put them in the middle of the round.
- Now wet the edges of the dough and seal the edges together around the stuffing in the shape of a dumpling.
- In the same way, put the stuffing and seal them in the shape of dumplings to the other round balls.

- 1 cup spinach blanched and chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups maida
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder

- Add the maida and salt to a bowl.
- Add the required quantity of water and mix them nicely to make a smooth dough.
- Cover the dough with a damp kitchen towel for about 1 hour.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan
- Add the garlic paste to it.
- Stir them together very nicely till an aroma comes out.
- Next, add the blanched spinach, salt, and pepper powder to it.
- Mix them very well.
- Next, add the cheese and mix them well.
- Knead the dough again and then make some small round balls from them
- Spin them with a roller to small rounds.
- Now take 1 spoonful of the filling and put them in the middle of the round.
