Ingredients
- 2 raw mango cut in cubes
- 6 curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds powder
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds powder
- 1 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1 tablespoon jaggery powder
- 4 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Cut the mangoes into small slices and wash them nicely.
- Keep the mangoes in a bowl.
- Now heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and asafoetida.
- Next, add all the spices one by one and mix them nicely.
- Saute them nicely.
