  • 100 grams paneer
  • 2 potatoes boiled
  • 50 grams khoya
  • 50 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons raisins chopped
  • 1 medium sized onion chopped
  • half cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons curd
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 5 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cardamom
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions
 

  • First, we need a bowl and add the grated paneer to it.
  • Next, add the boiled potato, smashed the potato first.
  • Now add the khoya,1 spoon of ginger paste, 1 spoon of garlic paste, 1 spoon of red chili powder, 1 spoon of cumin powder,1 spoon of mustard oil, and, 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves, and the raisins.
  • Now mix them very well so that they form a dough.
  • Now make small round balls or koftas out of the dough. And dust them with flour.
  • Next, keep the balls in the freeze for about 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes take out the koftas and fry them in oil properly till golden brown.
