Ingredients
- 4 pieces illish fish
- 1 brinjal cut in cubes
- 4 tablespoon mustard oil
- 6 green chili
- 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- All we need to do at first is take the fish in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder in it.
- Mix them properly with the fish and let them marinate.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry the brinjal cubes till the color turns golden brown and keep them aside.
- Next, add the fish to the oil and fry them for 2 minutes on both sides.

- 2 tablespoon oil

- Next, after 30 minutes drain the water of the seeds and then put the seeds in a blender and half cup of water and 2 green chilies and blend the seeds to a smooth paste.

- All we need to do at first is soak the mustard seeds in water for about 2 hours.
- Next, drain the water of the mustard seeds and add the seeds to a blender.
- Add 2 green chilies, a little salt, and 1 cup of water to the blender.
- Now blend the mixture to a smooth paste.
- Now pour the smooth paste into a bowl and add the turmeric powder and oil to it. Mix them very well.

- half cup coconut grated
- half cup yogurt
