- half cup carrot
- half cup beans

- 2 cups maida
- ghee for frying

- 1 teaspoon carom seeds

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon green chili chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste

- 2 tablespoon onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon chat masala
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon peanuts chopped

- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
Instructions
- Add the flour, carom seeds, 1 tablespoon oil, a pinch of salt, and the required quantity of water to make the dough in a bowl.

- Soak the urad dal for 5 hours.
- Next, put the urad dal in a grinder, sprinkle 5 tablespoons of ice-cold water, and add salt.
