  • 5 medium sized potatoes boiled
  • 2 cups maida
  • ghee for frying
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon carom seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon green chili chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon green peas
  • 2 tablespoon onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chat masala
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon peanuts chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cashews chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add the flour, carom seeds, 1 tablespoon oil, a pinch of salt, and the required quantity of water to make the dough in a bowl.
  • Mix them all together and make a hard dough of it and keep them aside.
  • Next, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  • Add the cumin seeds and fennel seeds.
  • Let them splutter for 10 seconds and then add the onions.
  • Stir the onions till the color changes translucent.
  • Now add the ginger and garlic paste.
  • Stir them nicely till the raw aroma goes away.
  • Now add the green peas and the mashed potatoes.
  • Stir them nicely.
