- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup potato boiled and mashed
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- half cup onions chopped
- half teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- oil
- 4 tablespoon curd
- 2 tablespoon tamarind pulp
- 4 tablespoon sev
- 2 tablespoon carrots cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon beetroot cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon onions cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoon boiled peas
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add flour, butter, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix them nicely.
- Now add water to make a smooth dough.
- Now make small balls from the dough.

FOR THE GOLGAPPE WATER
- 5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon tamarind pulp
- half cup mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon amchur powder
- 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
FOR THE GOLGAPPE STUFFING
- 2 medium sized potatoes boiled
- half cup white chickpeas boiled
- half cup black chickpeas boiled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
- half teaspoon black salt
FOR THE GOLGAPPE
- 1 cup semolina
- 4 tablespoons maida
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
OTHER
- oil for deep frying
- 2 tablespoon tamarind chutney
Instructions
WATER
- Take a bowl and add all the spices mentioned above for making the pani of golgappe.
- Add the water to it.
- Stir them very nicely.

- Take a bowl and peel the boiled potatoes.
- Add all the spices mentioned above for making the potato stuffing.

- Take a bowl and add the maida, baking powder, and semolina.
